Setting Vertical scroll bars on MSFlexgrid

I want to set the position of the vertical scroll bar on MSFlexGrid to reflect the selection that is chosen by the user in a client form.
e.g. Out of a list of 200 clients on a form the user may be viewing details about client 25. If the user then wishes to go and browse the MSFlexGrid of clients I want the Grid's scroll bar to be set at a position that shows client 25 but it is set at the last position it was when the grid was previously open.
