Setting up win2k web server to forward mail

Being new to win2k I need to advise on setting up the box. We have a Dell PowerApp box running w2k and IIS5. I have redelegated our domain name to the servers IP address. Lets say the domain is: win2000.com, what I need to do is be able to set the server up to hold the emails that come to ...@win2000.com address. I also need to send mail out as well. The server is hosted in a data center, and we have a Mac mail server on our local network that currently collects our mail from our ISP's mail address. What do I need on the Dell box to colect the mail. Any ideas to put me in the right direction would be v.helpful.
