Setting up VPN

Hi

I'm trying to set up VPN to connect 2 offices.

Currently have a Caymen 3546 router/modem/DHCP server which connects out to the internet. After which I bought a Linksys BEFVP41 router for the VPN part. On top of which the office wants to go wireless and I have a WRT54G wireless router/access point (with DHCP disabled)attached to the VPN router.

At the moment I have the wireless stuff working in our local office, so we can access the internet. But I can't get the VPN to work.

Need help or suggestions.

Did you read the Linksys manual? Did you even try to set it up yet? What errors are you seeing? Have you cross checked the errors against Linksys's support site?

yes, I tried setting it up, the VPN router attached directly to the cayman, and the error said unable to establish IKE. but I know that the pre-shared key is correct.

Yes, I've pretty much tried that and thats when I got the first error. I'm not familiar with VPN and this is my first time setting up. So any more suggestions would be much appreciated.
