Setting up VPN using Linksys RVS4000

Hello,

I have been trying to set up a VPN for a client using Linksys RVS4000 routers at both ends but cant get the tunnels up. The both sites are using Xfinity for there ISP. I have configured the router for site 1 with the settings below. The router for Site 2 is configured with the same setting and pre-shared key. When I press Connect, page seems to refresh and status remains down. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Local Group Set up
Local Security Gateway Type: Ip Only
IP Address: 111.111.111.111
Local Security Group Type: Subnet
IP Address:192.168.27.0
Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0

Remote Group Set up
Local Security Gateway Type: Ip Only
IP Address: 222.222.222.222
Local Security Group Type: Subnet
IP Address:192.168.28.0
Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0

IPSec Set Up:
Keying Mode: IKE with Pre Shared Key

Phase 1:
Encyption: 3DES
Authentication: SHA1
Group: 1024-bit
Key Lifetime: 28800 sec

Phase 2
Encryption: 3DES
Authentication: SHA1
Perfect Forward Secrecy: Enable
Pre-Shared Key: 123456
Group: 1024-bit
Key Lifetime: 3600 sec

Status:
Down
