Setting up VPN not using GUI

Alright, I don't know if it is possible, but I figure there has to be some way to do it.

The goal is to write a "simple" exe that sets up a VPN connection using PPTP.

The goal is to email it to all the remote users (that aren't computer literate) and have it set it up for them

any help/guidance is appreciated
