Hey all, I am having trouble getting my Nortel phone system up and running correctly. Currently our main phone is in a lower level office, and I frequently have calls after hours that I need to take after our office manager leaves, but I am running into a few blocks. Firstly, I have been trying to read through manuals I found online, but still know very little about my system. I have determined that we have a CICS phone system. I need the following:
Outside call comes in, and rings on main phone - ex21.
After a time, the call gets transferred to my phone - ex26
If I don't answer, then it goes to voicemail.
I also need to know how to edit my voicemail as the info is outdated and needs to be updated.
I have checked features 981, 982, and 983. All of which say they are inactive on my phone.
I have been successful in making the calls go from ex21 to ex26 after 4 rings, however the voicemail also picks up at this time and I cannot answer at my phone. Any help would be appreciated!

We cannot train you how to do programming on technical forums, that is what "course" are for.
This is not a home phone, its a business phone system.
Tech program systems, admins change time, speed dials and so on.

Since the manuals are not helping at all and you cannot even change your own greeting:
If you do not know programming passwords, how to enter programming or how to navigate you should call your local vendor.
