Setting up the AFTER CALL period length

Hi all,
As you know, agents have an after-call button on their
station, to finish their after call work...
but this button is for manual usage. There is also an
automatic usage of after call work.
Where can I set up the period length of the
after call work (ACW) ?

The info. u r looking for is in the hunt group form page no. 2.

I found that actually it is not set from hunt group
form page 2, but VDN form page 2.
