Setting up Telecom Billing with Optivity

I have Optivity 2.00.50, trying to set up the TBS. I am using the Data Buffering & Acess to pull in the records. I can see the records being generate within this application. When I try and open up Telecom Billing within a system and set it up to see the informatio, its just not there. Any ideas, or help on how to get this working? Lynch
