Setting up streaming, non downloadable video

My website currently uses downloadable Quicktime videos (veloomedia.com). Working Ok so far but some viewers just aren't able to install the Quicktime plugin on Windows machines. I am looking to set things up so the video is a non downloadable, streaming (and hopefully) universally viewable format. However I don't want to go thru Youtube. Is there a way I can set this up on my own via my host (Doteasy.com)?
