setting up second call pilot for Call center

I have purchased a second call pilot to be used as a call center as the current CP cannot handle the traffic of Voice mail and call center both !
I have been assured that this can work but cannot find any info on setting this type of system up , does anyone have any documentation of how to do this ? I have worked on Norstar for close to 20 years and have never had to set something like this up .
