Prior to upgrading one of my employees to a new Dell system that came with XP and Outlook 2003, the Outlook views in previous versions had a folders window on the left, the inbox displaying the icons for opened, attachments, and the From, Subject, Received Date and Size fields on the top, and preview window opened on the bottom of the screen.

The new look is totally different, and is driving him nuts.

I am trying to configure Outlook 2003 so that it has the same screen layout as the Outlook he was using (2000 or 2002) but cannot figure out how to do this.

How do I configure Outlook 2003 so it looks like this:

The left hand colum comes from View-Navigatrion pane or press Alt-F1

The top right comes form being in an e-mail folder

and the bottom section comes from using View-Reading Pane-Bottom

Hope this helps.
