Setting up Remote Text Notification via E-mail

Hi,

I'm having problems setting this up. I have done the following so far.

1. Enable Remote Test Notfication on the users mailbox.
2. Selected the Notification Device Class (Which I created)
3. entered my email address.
4. Under Message Delivery Configuration, I have enter the Full DNS name of my SMTP server and check outgoing only. No authenication required.
5. I setup the external e-mail server with all the proper information.
6. under Notification Device Class I created a new name with the name of my SMTP server.

Pretty much, I did all of this and I get nothing at all. Is there something I'm missing.

Yep, the clan is connected to my network with a static IP address.

AOSupport...have you looked at callpilot trace to
see what is going on when you leave a message to
see where it fails

How do I start a trace ? when I start Call Pilot Trace tool it doesn't do anything.
