Hello All,

I am trying to setup the Program Kill software to be started up at login time on my systems when students log into the systems on the network. I have read the instructions but need help on one thing.

I have created a Application object and made it a Force Run on login. My problem I am having is that it also uses the batch file. I have not done allot of association with batch files and Novell.

Has anyone used this program and if so how did you set it up in Novell to launch and used the Batch script???

Any help would be great. I have kids here at my schools finding ways to get programs to run. I almost have it locked down, but this will help even more.

Hope to hear from someone soon...[bigears]

Are you talking about the Rogue Process Management feature? I'm not familiar with the entire setup, but do not remember the need for a batch file. I do remember having problems running a batch file from the path to executable section in the application object. If you create a pif file and point it at the batch file, then it worked for me. Or you can take the contents of the batch file and run it in a launch script section of the application object.

If you want, give me your email, and I can forward you what documentation we came up with internally for setting up the Rogue Process Management.
