Setting up PIN Codes for Long Distance? 1

I need to restrict who can dial certain numbers i.e. International LD. Is there a way to limit access using personal PIN codes, which would allow a person to make calls from basically any station, or do I have to limit things at the TN level with COS, TARG and TGAR?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

set your 011 spn rli up with frl exceeding phonset NCOS & a MFRL matching authcode NCOS, so stutter tone will be give once 011 & number is input, which is when user will enter authcode you have assigned them for call completion, those without authcode will get fast busy.
