So i am not seeing that we have it although there should be something.. what am i doing incorrect?

I also read setting up a acd would work as well to have a call coming in auto forwarded to another number. correct?

Thanks

You're not doing anything incorrect, unless you have more than customer zero, Phantom loop will have an n beside it and usually be a high loop

I use ACD to forward all the time and I think it works better then Phantoms, plus I'm not using a TN Lic.

i'll give it another look for those phantoms but i think i will try the acd for now and see how that goes.

Thx for letting me know i'm not doing the wrong thing at least!

yup that acd technique works great! Thx for the encouragement.
