How to setup personal co line in ip office?

Just to clarify on what I read. I dont need to create a phantom user if im going to use the MADN for their private DIDs.

Let's say 1Phone with 6 private dids. I'll jist create MADN single apperance button?

hi @derfloh - got a questions again. Sorry.

Let's say: 1 Phone 6 DID. Button 1 to 6 configured as Single MADN

I think I need to create a phantom user for this setup. The client wants, if they press the button 3(MADN configured) it should have a dialtone can make a phone call. Same with the other buttons.
My question is:
1. How many phantom user should I create? If there are 6 DID, should I create 6 phantom user?

@derfloh - Hi! sorry if this reply is too late. We are just now implementing perCO as per client. Right now, we are using testphone and configured the madn and also we can now make calls. But the sending number of the configured madn is using the main pilot number not the analog pilot number. I would be happy if you can share any insights about this? Thanks for the help!

Where should I configure the shortcode? In the phantom user or the real user?

Ive tried to make a different ars for both madn. And what happens is that when the button 3 have establish a call and trying to make a call again on the button 4 Im receiving waiting for line. Upon checking, it uses the same ars in button 3 even tho the shortcodes in both phantom user is configured different from each other.
