Setting up PEAP authentication on Server 2003

I am installing PEAP authentication on server 2003 and one of the requirements is to have CAPICOM installed. I am unable to install it and just wondering if any of you have ran into this issue. Any help would be great!

What happens when you try to install it?? I've installed capicom severla times with no issues.
