Setting up OWA on second exchange server 2003

Hi can someone please help me in setting up Outlook Web Access on a second exchange server. I am currently have three server one is acting as a front end server and the two exchange servers are the back end. What are the steps on setting up one of the server to be a font end server believe i must have missed a step. Can someone please help me. Thank you.

What have you done so far? What errors or problems are you having. And, most importantly, what do the logs say?

ok all i have done so far is:
Front End server - installed exchange 2003 and checked option for this server to be front end server. No mailboxes on this server

Back end servers - They both have exchange 2003 and are configured with users mailboxes and look perfectly fine.

I had OWA working fine with my first exchange server now i had a new building open up and figured i would setup exchange on new server and move those users mailboxes to that server and that was successful. Now those users i moved cannot access email from home. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.
