setting up OSPF routing across a VPN

I'm pretty new at setting up VPN's. I am currently testing the setup of a VPN between 2 Netscreen 5gt firewalls. I got the VPN up, but if I terminate the VPN in the untrust zone's of the 2 firewalls I am not able to get OSPF to dynamically populate routing tables. I have both firewalls in the same area, which has not seemed to help. Can anybody give me advice on this or maybe point me to some procedures for doing this?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the routers are unable to communicate hello messages with eachother. OSPF populates the tables once, and only sends out hello's to make sure all the routers it sees in its own topology table are still there. Do you see any "goodbye's" sent in any logs? What kind of routers are you using for OSPF, how many, what does the topology look like???
