Setting up NTP in 5.5

Trying to setup NTP in switch. My desktop PC support team rebuilt my PC and I lost element manager, so I am trying to set up NTP in LD 117.

It looks like I have everything setup, but I can not enable the NTP service.
" SCH1688": Network Time Synchronization is running in Slave ModeNTP feature cannot be enabled.

NTP is disabled cannot synchronize.
Enable NTP to synchronize with the NTP server.

What does it mean the NTP is running in SLAVE mode? Any suggestions to take it out of SLAVE mode?

the far end is running ntp, so ntp is running, your not the master clock source..
