Hi every one! I tried to look on the forum to fix my issue without success...

I'm a brand new Cisco user. We received brand new phones with our system : 7945. We have 50 of them and I could set them up Perfect! There is just on little detail that I coudn't fix : TIME

I tried a few thing. In the Cisco Call Manager (web interface) I saw that we have to set up an NTP to fix time on all phones. I tried few IP adresses: Windows 2008 server we have here, external IP adresses, without succes. Then I tried to fix it to a Cisco switch or router (We have 1 main router and 2 switches). Then I tried to sync the router to a NTP server. The problem is that they are asking for an IP(which I have), Key ID, Key Value and Encryption type. I don't know what the 3 others are so i'm blocked right there. I use Cisco network assistant to set the NTP on the router.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Another possible clue : when I go on the phone IP adresse, it tells me that I am on Greenwich Standard Time and in the date/time group setting, I've choosed -5 America/Montreal

Found out myself that you have to remove all NTP from admin OS and then you can set time

thanks anyways! :)
