Setting up NR reason codes on a Nortel PBX/Symposium

Could someone help me by providing me with the package number(s) needed and the procedures for setting up NR reason codes on a Nortel OPT81C with Symposium?

You need the ACD-D package (50) or NGCC package (311).

To configure in the switch, you answer YES to NRAC in the ACD block to enabled not ready codes, then input the default not ready code at the NDFL prompt.

In the Symposium, you define all of your not ready reason codes.
