Hello again!

I have been scratching my head on figuring out how to make the Nortel Option 81c Pass Caller ID information to the outside world. I contacted Tel-co and they said we do have the option to allow it, however, I am a little lost on where to set this up at. Currently, just the numbers are passed. We are wanting Names to pass though to allow parents to know when important phone calls are coming in from the clinic or principal. No specific Employee names need to be used, just positions. If I am correct, this can be formatted though LD 95 at the site Option 11's correct? I just need to send this out on our PRI's

I think at a minimum you need to look at the way the DCH is programmed. RCAP NDS is "Name"

If you are trying to send out the LD 95 CPND name to the PSTN it will never happen.

OK so if LD 95 info is not passable to the outside, is it the CLID entry for each number that allows for the info to be sent out? If this is the case, would the CLID need to be changed for every single DN that we use?
