Setting up New VM at BCM / Call Pilot (does not pick up)

Hi, We have a new user that need a voice mail.
I already created VM box in Call Pilot but I called the number and It does not go to VM.

Can someone help me with this?
 
Is it diverting to voicemail but you are not able to leave a message? You may need to check the forwarding settings on the extension?
 
Yes I did it already after i play with the configuration.

Yes, but for somereason (different problem). the phone is not functioning well. some of the button does not work.

I swapped 2 phones. I swapped the port. Is that the way it goes?
 
Do Feature * 0 and hit each key and it will tell you what is programmed on that key. Just because the label says something, doesn't mean that's what's programmed to it.
