Setting up new servers

Hi all

I want to setup up 2 servers :

The 1st one will be the DNS server and will contain the Active Directory.
The 2nd one will contain exchange 2000.

As this is the first time I'll do this myself, I was wondering if this
configuration doesn't need some special settings, I mean separating the
Active Directory from the Exchange 2000, is it possible??

It is recommended that you not put Exchange on a domain controller, so your setup is typical.
