Hi,
Apart from the other request, I need links to tutorials on setting up hardware raids on a redhat 7.2 server.
Found a few, but was not satisfied with it.

Your information was not enough.What hardware raid did you use ? Or you will create raid using Linux Raid software?

I am trying to set up a 2 h/w raid daisy chained to give 1TB. The hardware is from raidweb.com.
No, I will not create raid using linux raid software.

You used raid hardware.You should install raid software for linux.And you can configure your raid for 1 TB.
Before I configured compaq raid and used redhat 6.2.
I didn't have a problem.
