setting up Networkbalancing "Teaming" in AIX V5

Hi everybody!

I was wondering is someone could help me out with setting up "teaming" (or networkbalancing) in aix v5. Mayby you have a document how to set it up or maybe there's a script that can do it all... I realy have no idea how to do this.

I'm going to install aix 5.3 on a IBM P5 520 (wich already has 2 networkcards intergraded into the motherboard) for a client of ours and this is going to be next Tuesday 15th of march 2005.

Help is needed fast!
