Hi All,
I have a hunt group setup which covers to voicemail. There are two members in the hunt group - and both stations have the hunt group extension in the "Message Lamp Ext:" field.
The voicemail works fine - I can leave messages and I'm able to retrieve them on the stations.
However, the MWI lights never light when there is a new message waiting. The 'LWC Reception:' field for the stations and hunt group is set to 'spe' - which matches stations that the MWI light works fine on. The mailbox in CallXpress is definitely setup correct - I've tested it against my station and the MWI light works. I've ran out of ideas! But I've never setup voicemail for a hunt group so I might be missing something!
I'd be grateful for any ideas or suggestions.
