Setting up MTS

In our current environment we have servers ( really desktops) that are dedicated as componant servers.this is so we can move components up from dev to a qa area then to another qa area for user and then prod.  Is there any way to set it up so that you can have more than one set of componants with the same name running on the same server. Any ideas or help would be huge.
