I have a user who is traveling with a laptop who wants to access his email using MS Outlook. Due to a quirk with our set up, we are utilizing PST files which resides in his network folder. I am new at this at was told that when setting up resources for SecurRemote, I should map drives using the IP address of the server. Someone else set up the laptop, and the user can not access his email. I tried walking him through changing the properties for the .pst file changing to the IP address but he got an error message of resource not found. I then thought we could just set up another instance of the .pst file and point it correctly, and it seemed to work but a "delayed write" error message popped up and the service was not set up. Has anyone seen this before and what was done to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated!
