Setting up monitors for certain Windows events

Hi All, I'm new to MOM. I've setup SCOM 2007 in my environment. I want to setup a monitor to tag certain security events on our domain controllders. How do I go about doing this? Do I have to import a specific management pact or can the defaults suffice? Do I also need to setup groups? Please any assistance will be appreciated. Some of the events I need to monitor are event ids 681, 676,675 among others.
