Setting up Message R1

Can any help me with setting up this voice mail system. I have a 308 R5 in slot 3. If I place the messaging Release 1 with a 4 port card into any slot except 1 the lite will not turn green. Is this normal?

Second:
What extension should I be setting the hunt group 7 to if I place this in slot 1 current I am trying 30,31,32,33


Right now I am getting a busy signal when I press I 777

VM in slot 1 voice hunt group will be ,22,23,24,25

The 305 R5 in Slot 3 is the processor (and it's actually in slot "P&quot, and its extension numbers are 10-17. The Partner Messaging R1 is seen as if it were a 006 card, and the port card enables ports from the top down. So a 4 port card will enable Extensions 18-19-20-21 as the VM ports.
