I'm having trouble setting up my linux server as a gateway. The server can access the internet fine. I've enabled ip forwarding and am not sure what else to do.
Any help is welcome,
Thanks.

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o your_ext_interface -j MASQUERADE

Life is what happens when you are making other plans.

you also need to load ip_contrack and some other modules so your gateway can track connections.
