I am trying to restrict one of the lines on my BCM from possibly dialing Long Distance and definately International calls. I am pretty sure that I have to setup a "NEW" restriction filter and apply it to the line I want to restrict. My question is, "What are the digits I should be restricting?" 9,xxx or 011, 9,011? Any help would be beneficial.

You restrict the digits that come after the destination/access code. You could add a restriction of 1 and 011 to block LD and International.

If I restrict 0 wouldn't that stop 011. Any tips, all help is appreciated. Thanks again.

Add restriction 01 to the line, ex restricts everything except 1800, 1877, 1888 and 911. you should add 1866 to filter 01.
