setting up ipop3 for sendmail

I have sendmail setup and tested if it can send and recieve mails (webmin!!)
I have to do is set up a pop3 server on the machine
and configure clients to connect through this pop3 server.
Would greatly apprecaite links/howto's for pop3/imap configuration and installation.
Now I want only pop3 enabled on the server.
After setting up pop3 on the server I have to set up clients to acesss the pop3 (in outlook). Any how_to's on that ??
Also how do I verify if pop3 is runing. I installed imap rpm and enabled,
/sbin/chkconfig ipop3 on
But 'nc machinename 110'
reveals that the port is not open. So, what should I do.

Also, can I have a single sendmail server hadnle two domains ?? Like send out mails from
@domain1.com and @domain2.com when I want it to ??

Question:

Did you uncomment the pop3 entry in /etc/services
Did you add an entry for the pop3 service in /etc/inetd
