Setting up IIS 5.0 to work with a Proxy Server

I am running a Win 2K advance server box hosting a few different websites. I use MS FrontPage for a lot of my web page creations and am able to edit the sites remotely by clicking on the Edit icon within IE to edit a website live. The only problem is when I try to do this same task from my Day Job office system which is behind a proxy server I get the following message:

"The server couldn't log you on, because you are connecting through a proxy server, but the server's authentication scheme(s), do not work across a proxy. Try adding the server to the exceptions box in the proxy settings dialog, or request the server administrator to enable another authentication scheme".

Keep in mind that this will only happen if I am trying to get to my own hosted website on my own server from my Day Job system behind the proxy. If I try the same thing at work going to a site that is hosted by a professional hosting company, I do not have a problem getting in and editing that site...

Is there something I need to add, adjust, setup or anything else on my personal server?

Thanks,

Gup
