Setting up H.323 and SIP Trunk Settings on BCM400

Does anyone know where I can get started for setting up H.323 and SIP Trunk settings on the BCM400. I have the element Manager application isntalled on my machine.

This is by memory but highlight telephony resources in the list on the left and then highlight IP Trunks on the top right, and the parameters will appear on the bottom right.
