Setting up Graph Track

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Graph-Track v6 to our 9980 but the subsystem doesn't want to connect. It's connected as local, live.

1. I can ping the SVP/SAN fine.
2. After create a new subsystem and I enter in the IP address and click on 'verify', it confirms by turning green.
3. The subsystem doesn't auto-configure and retrieve the serial number.

I'm thinking it might be the subsystem name - where do I find that? I took the subsystem name from Storage Navigator.

Also should I be checking the TPF(transaction processing facility) system box?
