setting up for adobe premiere 5.1

I am trying to set my computer up to run Premiere 5.1 . I have an H.P. 733 P-3 with 128 megs Of ram a 30 gig Hard drive a Riptide sound card and a 8 meg nvidia tnt agp card.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;what should i upgrade and your recomendations would be welcome
