Setting up Exchange 2003 On Independent Server

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to setup Exchange 2003 on an independent Win2K3 server? The DC already exists on another Win2K3 box which acts as a DC/DNS server.

To be honest, I think DNS is killing us because DCDIAG & NETDIAG claim it cannot see the DC.
