I am setting up Enterprise for the first time.Everything has installed no problem but when I click Crystal Launchpad
it can't local my Crystal Enterprise Web Server.
How can I solve this.
I have installed personnal web server do I need to do anything else?

I installed Crystal Enterprise 8.5 on NT4 Server with IIS 5 not a long time ago (2 days ago).

Right procedure would be:

- Install Webserver (IIS / PWS / etc)
- Install Crystal Enterprise

Crystal Enterprise will configure your webserver to contain a virtual link to it's directories (when you look in c:\inetpub\ you will not see a crystal\enterprise\ directory, it's linked to c:\program files\seagate software\...)

If you run your management console you should be able to see this virtual directory. If it's not there, you havent got it right.

It's never too late to do the Right thing

Thanks it was that I had installed the Web Server after Enterprise.
I Uninstalled and re-installed enterprise and now it is working.

Cheers
Bryan
