Setting up eCAS Direct IP connection

I currently have eCAS 10.1 using Pollcomm with Iolan and everything is connected put no records are being collected. I want to get rid of this middle man device and run a direct connect, but when i go through the cdr wizard the connections keeps closing.....

Can I Please get any help Possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The IO LAN device is presenting an RS-232 interface to the eCAS PC. The switch being polled will have to be changed in eCAS to a type 175. eCAS will not let you complete the configuration until it collects a raw call record. The IP Services screen in the PBX may beed to be reconfigured to support the direct connect (Node Name, port, etc.).

You also need the RSP software loaded on the eCAS PC/server.

here is my step by step
added node name ecas with ip address
cha ip services cdr1 (clan 7b15 with address in node name) to local port 0, remote(ecas port 9000)
went to ecas web interface use the cdr wizard
at the end it closes the cdr connection
