Setting Up Dummy Account in Outlook XP

I would like to know how do I setup a dummy account in Outlook XP.

I don't want to send or receive any emails with this account. My main aim is to be able to print emails without the header/account owner name appearing on the print-out.

I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks,
