Setting up Dn's in pbx option 61

need info. option 61 will not dial 3000 grps. Can somebody explain how to setup option 61 to be able dial Dn's. Please step by step new to game.

do you have any phones with a 3xxx DN on it? you can't call what doesn't exist. prt a DNB of just 3 and you will see if you have any phones that start with a 3.

When I print dnb 3 it gives me dn 3 type sfp.

Your spree code in the ftr data of the customer data block is 3, you need to change it to another number, if you dont use the spree very much like spree 95 or spree 94 for callpickup, change it to a longer number. Then you can programm 3xxx numbers on phones.
