The Call Pilot keeps asking for a location code and we only have a single site. Any suggestions??

In CallPilot Manager, navigate to:

Messaging --> Message Network Configuration

Click to expand your site, then click on your CP server and select 'Show Details'

In the Dialing and Addressing section of the 'Prime Location Properties' Window, make sure that 'ESN Dialing Plan for this Location' is not checked, and that 'Mailbox Addressing Follows Dialing Plan' is checked (if this is appropriate for your site).

In the VPIM section at the bottom of the window, make sure your VPIM Network Shortcuts are configured properly. Your Prefix minus the Overlap Digits plus your mailbox number should equal a dialable telephone number (in North America. Not sure about other parts of the world).
