Setting up dedicated outgoing line

Hi,

I want to setup a dedicated line so only my fax machine can use that line to dial out. I added a new shortcodes in the user/ext219 properties. That points to that line group id but it uses the shortcodes for the main phone line group id. Is this even possible?

Try creating a user restriction and adding the short codes for dialing [9]N, [9]1N, etc and see if that will work. I think the user short code was broke in one of the previous loads and im not really sure if the fixed this issue. Once you create the user restriction make sure to associated it with the ext219 user.
