setting up broadband

can someone tell me how to set up my internet connection using yast for suse linux 7.3 with my ntl connection. i'm from the uk using ntl broadband if that helps. its just that i don't know what to put in the boxes for the configuration so if someone coud tell me what to do or give me a link to a guide which could help me then i would be grateful.

Hi,

As far as I know thats just a regular cable modem with ethernet presentation . All you should need to do is set the ethernet card for DHCP and as long as you have the dhcp client s/w installed it should just work as if you were on a LAN.
