I have just installed a new BCM 450 (5.0)at a small business that wants to record all calls. I have installed the keycodes for 16 seats of the Professional Call Recording feature, and have it set up to record all calls for the specified DN's. The system is on the network. What is the best way to send the .wav files to a folder on a server? As of now I have a SMB shared folder set up on their server and have put the IP and port in the BCM but can't get files to go there. Anyone have any advice on the best way to make this work? What protocol does it use? Should I be using an email address instead? I have put in many BCM systems through the years but this is the first time I've dealt with Professional Call Recording.

Thanks gberger, that does help. I didn't have that task guide. According to the documentation, it looks like sending the recordings to a computer requires the installation of a 3rd party recording application (currently unavailable) that is capable of capturing the audio and storing it. If I can't get it to work any other way I guess I'll just have each call sent via email.
