Avaya Office One-X Portal set up and running, Setup IP Office - Manager, Application software installed on Android phone - cannot connect. Any suggestions??

RTFM?
What did you configure?
Only installing One-X portal is by far enough!
And be more informative when asking.

Setup One-x Portal as per "Implementing One-X Portal for IP Office", all licensing added also settings on Avaya IP Office Done. Software loaded on phone and setup as per "Administering Avaya one-X Mobile for IP Office" Cannot log on Android phone. Did everything as per Avaya Documentation!!!

Then you must have missed a step, mostoften the XMPP settings ( external URL:5222 to One-X Portal port forwarding )
You can check from a separate internet connection and try to telnet to the URL port 5222 towards the One-X Portal server, if it connects then the network setup is ok, if it fails then something in the network setup is wrong.
If a telnet connection is successful then examine the One-X Portal logs to see were it fails.
