We are moving an IVR system from CS1000 to Aura 6.3 (it is on a Lineside T1 card as analog stations). The IVR system has the need to do a hookswitch transfer to a 4-digit extension number. In the current CS1000 system we have these set up as ACD numbers with the NCFW set as the external forward-to number (toll-free number). Is there a similar method to be able to set up a 4-digit station number in the Aura to do the same thing?
